Die Casting

Die casting is a casting method where the molten alloy liquid is poured into the pressure chamber to fill the cavity of the steel mold at a high speed, and the alloy liquid is solidified and forms casting pieces under the pressure. The high speed and high pressure of pressure casting make the pressure casting be different from other casting methods. Die casting is especially suitable for casting large quantity of small and medium-size casting pieces, so die casting is the most widely applied casting craft. Compared with other casting technologies, die casting parts are smoother and dimension conformity.
